Open Cell Spray Foam Insulation
Open cell spray foam insulation is a lightweight, flexible material that expands to fill every gap and seam in walls, attics, and crawl spaces. Its open-cell structure allows for slight air permeability, which helps with sound absorption and air sealing. Once applied, the foam expands up to 100 times its liquid volume, forming a continuous thermal barrier that enhances comfort and reduces energy loss.

With an R-value of approximately R-3.5 to R-3.7 per inch, open cell foam provides excellent insulation performance for interior applications where sound control, energy efficiency, and moisture management are priorities. It’s ideal for walls, ceilings, and attics—creating a quieter, more comfortable, and energy-smart home.

Due to it’s polymer composition, open cell is not a source of food for bacteria or mold.
